We keep our overheads manageable so that we can share the benefits of this with you, and during our numerous combined years in the industry we are continually sourcing and selecting suppliers that offer quality as well as value for money so that we can offer you the same service.
When we offer an affordable Funeral it certainly does not mean a compromise in the quality of service that we provide for you and your loved one, before, during and after the service. You will receive the best of Care at all times.
We will be transparent, honest and fair with you about pricing and will not try to sell you a funeral that is not fitting for your loved one or which is outside of your budget, so, when we give you an Estimate of Costs it will not include FROM £xxx.xx The price that we will give you is the actual cost based on current prices from third party suppliers.
We pride ourselves in guiding you through the process of selecting what YOU feel is right and help YOU make the decisions that fit YOUR needs.
Included in the Funeral Directors charge are the following:

24 hour telephone support

All administration relating to the funeral arrangements including the preparation and completion of statutory documentation

Liasing with third parties on your behalf

Placing of newspaper social media notices

The use of our Chapel of Rest (by appointment within office hours)

Care of your loved one including removal of devices and dressing in preparation for viewing

Services of a Funeral Director to conduct the Funeral
Our professional fees include a percentage of business overheads which include insurances, utilities and building costs.
It costs nothing to talk and we appreciate that questions occur at ‘odd’ times and we are always here to answer them for you.
